@Team We have stopped revisit option for PAN INDIA for All the Delivery.
DH will visit the shop as per the planning and will call customer to take the delivery.
If the shop is closed - Customer has to take the delivery during the same time by himslef or arranging someone since DH will not revisit the shop agian .
- If customer calls CD to raise the complaint , please educate customer to take the delivery since we have stopped revisit for all the customers across India.
If customer is not happy with this and want to talk to higher authority

L2 Team will check and call back ..
L1 and L2 : When cust insist that he will take the delivery as per closing time only and will not take as per our visit . then select the below L1 L2
