This article describes the steps to follow when a new onboardncustomer installs the app.


Note: Check with Customer Sucess if the installation was performed by them and have they collected the customer details for onboarding. If yes do not call the customer.


If no then follow the below process:


Solution

Explain to the customer about our process and services :

  1. To know about the App.

  2. Benefits we offer to our customer

  3. Area serviceability

  4. Delivery TAT

  5. Price difference when compared to the distributor and the market.

  6. Minimum purchase quantity

First, thank the customer for showing interest in our products and services. Then answer his below questions accordingly.

  • Request customer details for reference.
  • Take customer through the app and features.
  • Check serviceability.
If the customer is in serviceable area then :

  • Request customer availability for application installation & Demo.
  • Guide customer to login and help with features.
  • Inform customer that he can reach us on +918880188801 for any help
  • Fill Onboarding tracker for reference.
If the customers are is not serviceable area then:

  • Inform that we do not provide service in his area at the moment.
  • Request customer to install the app and continue checking for the price and new listing.
  • Also, inform that we will inform him when we start servicing his area.
