Summary


This article describes the steps to be followed when a customer receives ON ERROR PRODUCT NOT FOUND while browsing the Jumbotail app.


**Replicate this issue on your phone (Use Customer Specific Language on the app) before moving to the next step. If you receive the same error while replicating the issue then escalate the issue to the Business Team.

 

Solution

 

First, check if the product is available on the Jumbotail Platform.

 

  • Check for the product availability and Product quantity in the dashboard.

 

If the product and the quantity are available on the Jumbotail Platform then :

 

  • Call the customer and check what was the error he/she received while placing the order - >Inform customer that the product is available and we can place the order for the customer - >If customer agrees, place the order for the  through Rambo - > If customer disagrees, Apologize for the inconvenience  and inform customer to contact +918880188801 for any support in future.

 

 

If the product and the quantity are not available on the Jumbotail Platform then :

 

  • Don't call the customer since the product is not available on our site.


Note : In all cases create a ticket and update the status of the customer issue.
