This article describes the steps to be followed when a customer gets ON_ERROR_NO_CONNECTION while browsing the Jumbotail app.
Solution
Note : Do not call customer voluntarily for this specific issue, However, discuss this issue when we have the next interaction with the customer through inbound or outbound channel.
Scope
When the customer is using a 2G connection and received ON_ERROR_NO_CONNECTION while using the app.
When we have the next interaction with the customer, Inform him the below points.

Inform customer that he is receiving errors due to slow internet and his data plan which is 2G.

Request him to upgrade to 3G and inform that the cost difference between 2G & 3G is very small.

Also, inform the customer that our prices are very competitive and we are adding new categories to the app regularly.

Provide information about the time and the money customer will save by not going to the Yard.
Note : In all cases create a ticket and update the status of the customer issue.
