Summary
This article describes the steps to be followed when a customer receives ON VIEW MAX STOCK ALERT while using the Jumbotail app.
**Replicate this issue on your phone (Use Customer Specific Language on the app) before moving to the next step. If you receive the same error while replicating the issue then escalate the issue to the Business Team.
Solution
If the business team can bring back the product in stock within the next 30 mins then:
> Check if the customer has placed order for the available quantity:

If Yes -> Call customer and inform that the product is back in stock - > Check if the customer would like to place an order for more quantity, if yes then - > Inform customer that we will place the order on their behalf.

If No-> Call customer and inform that we have XXX quantity available and if he wants to place order, then - > Inform customer that we will place order their behalf - > If the customer doesn't want to place order for the available quantity, then - > Apologize for the inconvenience and inform customer to contact +918880188801 for any support in future.
If the business team cannot bring back the product in stock within the next 30 mins then:
> Check if the customer has placed order for the available quantity:

If Yes -> Don't call the customer - > Create a ticket to Inform merchandising team to Push notification once the product is back in stock.

If No -> Call customer and inform that we only have limited quantity available and if he wants to place order, then - > Inform customer that we will order their behalf - > If the customer doesn't want to place order for the available quantity, then - > Apologize for the inconvenience and inform customer to contact +918880188801 for any support in future.
Note : In all cases create a ticket and update the status of the customer issue.
