Summary
This article describes the steps to follow on an order confirmation call for a customer who has ordered after a week gap.
Solution
Customer confirms it is a valid order -> Create and update ticket accordingly -> Also check the reason for not ordering recently -> Update ticket accordingly.
If the customer confirms that the order was placed by mistake -> Check with the customer the reason for this order- > Also check the reason for not ordering recently( Provide customer with help by following the KB ) -> Update ticket accordingly.
Note : Probe the customer to understand the reason for not ordering for so many days, provide the solution by following the KB and document the same in the ticket.
