Summary

This article describes the steps to follow on a lead generation call-back where the customer says:

  • I don't have time right now.
  • I don't have a smartphone.
  • I don't have the internet connection.
  • I have never used any app before.

 

Solution


1. Customer says that he doesn't have time right now to discuss.

  • Inform customer that we will take only 2 minutes of his time -> If the customer still says he is busy then ask him for the right time for the callback -> Create a ticket accordingly -> Follow up in the given time.

2. Customer says that he doesn't have the smartphone.
  • Check with the customer if he will be interested in buying smartphones on EMI which we will facilitate -> If the customer is interested -> Inform the customer that we will get back to him shortly ->Update the ticket accordingly.

3. The customer doesn't have the internet connection.

  • Inform the customer that we can do the internet recharge on his behalf and the amount will be collected during delivery -> Also inform the customer that this done to save his time -> Update the ticket accordingly.

4. Customer says that he has never used any app before.
  • Inform customer that we will give him step by step instructions on how to use the app -> Also inform customer that application is very easy to use -> Check with customer his preferable time and arrange demo ->Update the ticket accordingly.
