Solution

 

1. What are the products you sell ?
  • If the customer asks what are products we sell during the lead generation call -> Open the app/dashboard and take the customer through all the category, brands & products we sell.
2. What are the products you don't sell ?
  • If the customer asks what are product we do not sell during the lead generation call -> Open the app/dashboard and take the customer through all the category, brand & product we sell -> Inform the customer that apart from these we are coming up with all the other products and brands in the market very soon.
3. Do you sell to end users as well ?
  • If the customer asks whether we are planning to serve end customer -> Inform customer that as of now we are not planning to sell to end consumers.
4. Where are you headquartered ?
  • If the customer as where is your office headquartered -> Inform customer that we are headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka - > However we have sellers in Yeshwantpur & Peenya.
5. What is the price for the products you sell ?
  • If the customer asks what are prices of the products we sell -> Open the app/dashboard and take the customer through the product price.
6. You only have limited products.
  • If the customer asks what are product we do not sell during the lead generation call -> Open the app/dashboard and take the customer through all the category, brand & product we sell -> Inform the customer that apart from these we are coming up with all the other products and brands in the market very soon.
7. You are costlier when compared to market and distributors.
  • If the customer feels that the price we sell is costlier than -> Inform customer that there are product which is cheaper than market on the app->Also take customer through our best selling/priced products -> Also inform customer to keep checking the price on our app on a regular basis to see better prices



Note : At the end of the call update the onboarding tracker and create a ticket with all the information shared with the customer.
