This article describes the steps to be followed when a newly onboard customer requests support in placing the order through Jumbotail app.

 

Solution :

 

Usually, this issue occurs when a newly on-boarded customer is finding it difficult to place an order on our App.

 

  1. Find out the product and quantity the customer wants to order.
  2. Give them step by step instructions on how to get to the particular product and quantity, and to eventually place an order.
  3. Help them explore the App and make them comfortable with the App.
  4. Clear all their doubts related to the App.
  5. Educate the customer on all the new features in the App.
  6. Ask more questions so that all confusions could be cleared.
