This article describes the steps to be followed when a newly onboard customer requests support in placing the order through Jumbotail app.
Solution :
Usually, this issue occurs when a newly on-boarded customer is finding it difficult to place an order on our App.
- Find out the product and quantity the customer wants to order.
- Give them step by step instructions on how to get to the particular product and quantity, and to eventually place an order.
- Help them explore the App and make them comfortable with the App.
- Clear all their doubts related to the App.
- Educate the customer on all the new features in the App.
- Ask more questions so that all confusions could be cleared.
