Summary
This article describes the steps to be followed when the customer requests for help with reinstalling the app since he had installed it on the SD Card in the past and the SD Card is no longer available.
Solution :
When the App was initially installed and saved to the SD card, and for whatever reasons, the SD card is now not in use.

Ask the customer if they can click on the JT logo and the App opens.
- If Yes: Problem solved
- If No: The problem is as mentioned. Inform him that we would visit him ASAP and install the App for him.

Keep the Customer Development Team informed about this, and make sure they get the App installed on the customer’s phone ASAP.

Follow up with Customer Development Team on the issue till resolved.

If the customer says that he wants to place an order, we can take a phone order as a one-time exception, provided:
- The Customer Development Executive is not able to get the App installed for the customer ASAP.
- The customer wants to avail next day delivery and wants to place the order before the cut-off time of 3 pm.

Create a ticket, copy the Customer Development Team to keep them informed.
