This article describes the steps to be followed when the customer is unable to place the order through our app since the phone is not working.

 

Solution :

When the customer says that his phone is repair and hence unable to place the order.

 

  1. Find out if they have given the phone for service or not.
  • If Yes: Ask them when their phone will be ready, and follow up accordingly.
  • If No: Get to know when they will be able to fix the phone and follow up accordingly.
  1. Create a ticket and document the case accordingly.
