Summary
This article describes the steps to be followed when the customer is unable to place the order through our app since the phone is not working.
Solution :
When the customer says that his phone is repair and hence unable to place the order.
- Find out if they have given the phone for service or not.
- If Yes: Ask them when their phone will be ready, and follow up accordingly.
- If No: Get to know when they will be able to fix the phone and follow up accordingly.
- Create a ticket and document the case accordingly.
