Summary

 

This article describes the steps to be followed when the customer calls to complain that the product is only visible in certain languages.

 

Solution :

 

When the customer contacts us to saying that the product detail page does not open/throws up an error.

 
  • Get the below details from the customer:
  1. Language in which he is browsing.
  2. The product that he is looking at.
  3. Has he tried browsing for any other product?
  4. Has he tried in any other language?
  • Inform the customer that we will escalate the issue to our engineers and get the issue fixed ASAP.
  • Thank the customer for highlighting the issue, and inform them that we will notify when the issue is fixed.
  • Create a ticket, copy the Tech Team to keep them informed and get the issue resolved ASAP.
  • Once the issue is fixed, notify the same to the customer.
  • Update and resolve the ticket accordingly.
