Summary :
This article describes the steps to followed when customers complain about the product price on our app.
Solution :
- Thank Customer for the feedback and inform that we at Jumbotail are working relentlessly to improve the product variety and product price consistently.
- Also that we will keep the customer posted through PN and SMS as in when there are a price drop and offers.
- Inform him that we will share the request with the respective team.
- Create Ticket - > Copy Business team on the ticket.
Note : Do not close the ticket till the concern team provides a resolution for the request.
