This article describes the steps to followed when customers complain about the product price on our app.

 

Solution :

 

  1. Thank Customer for the feedback and inform that we at Jumbotail are working relentlessly to improve the product variety and product price consistently.
  2. Also that we will keep the customer posted through PN and SMS as in when there are a price drop and offers.
  3. Inform him that we will share the request with the respective team.
  4. Create Ticket - > Copy Business team on the ticket.

 

Note : Do not close the ticket till the concern team provides a resolution for the request.
