Summary :

 

This article describes the steps to followed when customer request for a specific product which is out of stock.

 

Solution :

 

***First check if the product is gone OOS recently :

 

If Yes : Then follow  KB ID : JKB0020

If No : Then follow the below process

 

  1. Inform customer that the product is out of stock since this particular product is not available in the market.
  2. Also, inform that we will let him know through SMS/PN/Call once these products are back in stock.
  3. Create Ticket - > Copy Category team on the ticket.

 

Note : Do not close the ticket till the concern team provides a resolution for the request.
