Summary :
This article describes the steps to followed when customer request for a specific product which is out of stock.
Solution :
***First check if the product is gone OOS recently :
If Yes : Then follow KB ID : JKB0020
If No : Then follow the below process
- Inform customer that the product is out of stock since this particular product is not available in the market.
- Also, inform that we will let him know through SMS/PN/Call once these products are back in stock.
- Create Ticket - > Copy Category team on the ticket.
Note : Do not close the ticket till the concern team provides a resolution for the request.
