- Thank the customer for choosing JT.
- Confirm the order - if the product is yet to be delivered and if it's already delivered then skip this step.
- Check if the customer needs any help with our App or services.
- Any question about the policies and prices.
- Delivery Cutoff, refund, replacement TAT and my order feature.
- Also provide the Hotline number to the customer for any help.
By doing this in the initial phase we can reduce a lot of unwanted contacts from customers in future.
