  1. Thank the customer for choosing JT.
  2. Confirm the order -  if the product is yet to be delivered and if it's already delivered then skip this step.
  3. Check if the customer needs any help with our App or services.
  4. Any question about the policies and prices.
  5. Delivery Cutoff, refund, replacement TAT and my order feature.
  6. Also provide the Hotline number to the customer for any help.


By doing this in the initial phase we can reduce a lot of unwanted contacts from customers in future.
