SOP to App installation 


Purpose – To Reduce time spent on installation visits for existing customers .


How it Works?

Collecting Customers Email id-Adding them to the Beta customer group-Sending them link to become test customer-Confirming App Installation


Steps to follow

1.Ask the customer for his play store Email id.

2. Follow this link -https://groups.google.com/forum/?nomobile=true#!managemembers/jumbotailbetacustomers/add

To add the customer to the beta testing group ( Yashas-8951020303-yashas@jumbotail.com)   PFA Image for reference 

3. Once Customers mail id is added to the group send out this link (preferably ask them to open in google chrome) -https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.jumbotail.app 

4. Ask the customer to sign in using the App store Email id on the browser and ask him to click on BECOME TEST CUSTOMER upon which the customer can get the app from play store  PFA image for reference 


Things to note

  • Customer has to sign in with the play store Email id to access the link on the browser 

  • Ask the customer to check for multiple accounts if he/she still cannot find the app on Play store
